GENERAL NOTICE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Mesa Mesken İnşaat A.Ş. (“Mesa Mesken”) and Nurol İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Nurol İnşaat”) , which form the “Mesa Nurol Adi Ortaklığı”, our priority principles include protection of the privacy, protection of information, ensuring the protection of information security, and respecting ethical values, especially the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. Below you will find our statement regarding our duty to provide information in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the protection of personal data ("KVKK"), which we are obliged to comply with in our capacity as data supervisor under the aforementioned law.

Purpose of processing and transmitting personal data

In order to inform you regarding Yeşilyaka Project, to answer your questions, to contact with you regarding the sales transactions of real estates, to suggest offers to your taste, usage habits and needs, to ensure the legal and commercial security of Mesa Mesken, Nurol İnşaat and Mesa Mesken, to determine the legal and commercial and business objectives of Mesa Mesken and Nurol İnşaat and to plan and carry out the sales process after you like the real estates, your personal data, the categories of which are listed below, will be collected and processed in physical or electronic environments.

In addition to your explicit consent to be obtained, in order to inform you regarding other projects of Mesa Mesken and/or Nurol İnşaat, to inform about other projects of your interest and to send permitted marketing activities, your personal data will be processed. However, if you do not accept the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, you will not be informed within this scope.

Your personal data is kept on the database of Mesa Mesken and shared with Nurol İnşaat in accordance with the consortium relationship between Mesa Mesken and Nurol İnşaat.

Your personal data may be transmitted to service providers, suppliers, business partners, project partners, public institutions and/or legal entities under private law, in order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives and to comply with legal obligations, as required in and by virtue of the relevant legislation.

In addition, they may be shared, if necessary, with lawyers, notaries, supervisors, consultants and other relevant public bodies and institutions in accordance with corporate policy, internal audit, risk management, reporting and the above objectives in order to comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and interests.

Personal data collection method and legal basis

Personal data may be collected, recorded, stored and processed by our company in accordance with the principle of proportionality and limited to the above-mentioned legitimate purpose, in accordance with the law and honesty, with the explicit consent of the personal data owners in writing, if necessary.

Your personal data are processed within the framework of the following legal reasons under Article 5/2 of the KVKK and shared with the persons and institutions mentioned above:

• a) The requirement of processing personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• b) In case it is obligatory for the data supervisor to fulfill his/her legal obligations,
• c) Disclosure by relevant person,
• d) In the event that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data supervisor provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned,

Kişisel Verilerin Saklanma Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, ilgili yasal mevzuatlarda belirtilen saklama sürelerince veya yukarıda anılan işleme amaçlarının gerekli kıldığı süre boyunca saklanacaktır ve sonrasında KVKK’ya uygun olarak silinecek, yok edilecek ya da anonim hale getirilecektir.

Duration of personal data storage

Your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the applicable legislation or for the period required by the processing purposes mentioned above, and will then be deleted, destructed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.

Your personal data will be processed and stored in such a way that they are protected against unauthorized access and loss or damage in the environments where they are processed and stored, and, where appropriate, encrypted against unauthorized and out-of-area use, so as to ensure that they can be accessed only by authorized persons, while taking all other necessary privacy measures.
